Inconsistent Service and Room Issues

The staff seemed overwhelmed (i suspect understaffed). Often, there was no one at reception because the only person available had to step away. This made check-out the night before my flight necessary, to avoid potential delays. The fitness room was also awful. It had only a few weights and cardio machines. It was so small that only one person could work out at a time. I never got to use it.

My room faced an alleyway. The view was TERRIBLE. the in-room safe was not working. I requested assistance with IT, but no one ever came to fix it. This affected the security of my belongings.

the breakfast had a good selection of foods, i liked plant milk was available. the hotel is near the restaurant and cafe district, quite convenient. staff was helpful and professional if i had questions.

the gym was rather small with limited equipment, only one person could really workout at a time.
